• Business & account information: your name, business name, email, phone number, and service preferences.
• Payment information: processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
• Call information: when our AI receptionist handles a call, it may capture the caller's name, phone number, and reason for calling, and may record the call (with a disclosure) for quality and service delivery.
• Website & usage data: basic technical information such as IP address and browser type when you visit our website.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to provide, operate, and improve the service; to build and tune your AI agent; to deliver captured leads to you; to process payments; to provide support; and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the service — for example, payment processing (Stripe), voice/AI infrastructure, and automation and data-delivery tools — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

4. Call Recording & Consent

Calls handled by the AI open with a recording disclosure in English and Spanish, consistent with applicable state call-recording consent laws. Recordings and captured details are used to deliver and improve the service.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@apexsmartai.com. You may cancel the service at any time as described in our Terms & Agreement.
