About ApexSmartAI

ApexSmartAI builds bilingual AI receptionists for HVAC and home service companies in the United States. This page explains why the company exists, who runs it, and — just as important — what we don't promise.

Why this exists

I kept noticing the same thing: businesses lose real money simply because nobody picks up the phone.

It happens in the evenings. It happens at night. It happens at two in the afternoon when every tech is already on a job. The caller doesn't leave a voicemail — they call the next company on the list, and the owner never finds out that call happened at all.

That's not a marketing problem or a sales problem. It's a coverage problem, and it's fixable.

The goal is simple: no lead should be lost because a call went unanswered.

Why bilingual, from day one

In the United States, millions of customers would rather do business in Spanish.

A company shouldn't lose a customer over a language barrier — and in markets like Miami-Dade, Houston, or Phoenix, an English-only voicemail isn't a small gap. It's a whole segment of callers who hang up and never appear in your records at all.

So English and Spanish were built in from the start. Not an add-on, not an upgrade tier, not a transfer to a human. The receptionist answers naturally in both, 24/7, and can switch languages during the same call.

What I promise you

I won't sell you something you haven't heard working.

Before you pay anything, you can pick up your phone, call the demo line, and talk to the AI yourself. Ask it whatever you want. Switch to Spanish mid-sentence. Describe a call your business actually gets and listen to how it's handled.

If it doesn't sound like something you'd want answering your customers, you'll know in about ninety seconds — and you'll have spent nothing to find out.

What I don't promise

Plenty of companies in this space will quote you a number: how much revenue you're losing, how much you'll make back, how many jobs you'll book. Those figures are almost always invented, because nobody can know what an unanswered call was worth.

So, plainly:

What the receptionist does is straightforward: it picks up, it listens, it captures the caller's name, number, address and problem, and it sends that to you by text and email. What you do with the lead is still your business — and always was.

How it's run

ApexSmartAI is a small, independent operation. Each receptionist is configured around one business at a time: your services, your hours, your service area, your escalation rules, and what you do and don't want said on a call. You don't configure anything yourself — we build it and manage it.

The company is registered in Wyoming and serves clients across the United States. I run it remotely, which is why the receptionist is available around the clock rather than during one office's business hours.
